I am submitting today a concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam should (1) immediately resume the interviewing and processing of applicants in Vietnam who have received preliminary approval from the U.S. Government for resettlement in the United States under the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees [UNHCR] Orderly Departure Program. and (2) permit the orderly departure of "reeducation camp" prisoners.
