Speaker. I did have the opportunity within the last couple of months to go down to the places that the gentleman from California is speaking about. I have always maintained that in south Florida we have a problem. we have been the recipient of many of the refugees out of south Central America and out of the Caribbean. and I thought we had a serious problem until I did go down to see the soccer field that the gentleman speaks of. That is right inside the State of California. And I did go over to El Paso and watch the morning traffic of Mexican workers coming into the United States. as if they were invisible.
