I would like to say that it will be a great moment in the rotunda. in the Congress. in the United States when we will have the opportunity to recognize Anatoly Shcharansky and his lovely wife Avital who. side by side. have fought not only for freedom of emigration of Natan Shcharansky and on behalf of all those Jews of the Soviet Union who. whether they have been permitted to leave. or whether they are forced to remain. This ceremony is extremely important. All of us should be there.
