Mr. Speaker. as a son of Italian immigrants. as a member of the agricultural community of neighboring Monterey County. and as Joe Crosettis Representative in Congress. I am proud of his accomplishments. He is the kind of person upon which this country has been builthe has worked hard. made opportunities. succeeded. spread his success to his employees. to his colleagues. and to his community. and has contributed of his time and resources to those less fortunate than he.
