Lisa Paul. the attention of the news media and concerned Americans. the citizens of our Nation know about the Meimans. They know that Inna is dying of cancer. that Naums alleged secret work is 25 years out of date. that the Soviet Government will not allow Inna and Naum to seek medical treatment in the West. The American people now know of the cruel violation of Innas right to live that the Soviets have perpetrated. Allowing Inna and Naum to emigrate to Israel would cost the Soviets nothing and win them the approval of world opinion. I strongly urge the Soviets to take the moral step of permitting Inna and Naum to go to Israel.*
