How else can you explain that airplanes and airfields were available to Vaughn. or why Nicaraguan army soldiers. customs and immigration officials. and Nicaraguan Ambassadors all obeyed orders issued by Frederico Vaughn in connection with his drug trafficking efforts. orders that were witnessed by independent witnesses who corroborate one anothers testimony?
