Douglas Dillonand finally retired from the General Services Administration. 1l began his Government service as a messenger. went on to become a file clerk. then a supervisor. manager. and finally held the position of director of communications in the General Services Administration. region II. Immediately upon his retirement in 1975. Mr. lulsey volunteered his services in my Glassboro district office. Extraordinarily productive and versatile. Mr. lulsey has had a broad range of responsibilities as my assistant. Casework relating to military. immigration and naturalization. and internal revenue matters are included within his area of expertise. For the last 3 years he has served as the coordinator for academy appointments. Mr.
