I am confldentand his peers at Ohio State are confidentthat Dr. Medvedkov would make a considerable contribution to the academic program at OSU. In April of last year. I wrote to Soviet Ambassador Dobrynin expressing my personal interest in this matter. and requesting that the Soviet Government reconsider its repeated denials of Dr. Medvedkovs temporary visa. As of today. I still have not received even an acknowledgment from the Ambassador.
