We have passed this bill through the Senate now for the third time and we are hoping this time the House will come across and go with us and pass a bill. We almost got a bill last year. Senator SIMPsoN has worked ardently and he has worked around the clock on this bill. He is very knowledgeable on it. He did a fine job in the committee. He had done an excellent job here and he did a splendid job in conference. I am hoping this time that we can get a bill for the American people. as it is badly needed. I just wanted to especially commend and congratulate the able Senator from Wyoming on the magnificent work he has done on this immigration bill.
