Projects and activities in the Department of Defense which were conducted in fiscal 1985. and for which provision was made in the Defense Appropriation Act for fiscal 1985. are continued at the current rate and under the current terms and conditions. which include the socalled Boland amendment. Funds for procurement of MX missiles are subject to all of the limitations. restrictions. and conditions set forth in the 1986 Defense authorization conference agreement and conference report as filed in the House.
