I am not in favor of a double standard of dictating sanctions to our antiCommunist allies. but not sanctioning the leftist Mexican Government when it attempts to flirt with th6 Soviets and Castro and Ortega. If we are going to have an immigration bill that is going to work. we had better not disavow our history of the Monroe Doctrine. We had better not disavow and ignore the history of what happens when there are Communist revolutions taking place. because there are 120 million people that live between the southern borders of the United States and the Panama Canal. What happened when South Vietnam fell?
