Instead. I think it opens enormous opportunities for incredible abuses. I fail to see. with the people around this country who are interested in defrauding the Government because they are undocumented aliens and they are trying to cheat on the system. why they just would not write on their little card that they are a citizen so they do not get investigated. The Senator from Florida has indicated that. You walk in. you are an undocumented alien. you are trimming on the system. you walk in there and fill that card out and say. "I am a citizen." So you get your benefits. no questions asked. It just is. I think. an ineffective way and subject to all kinds of abuse.
