Mr. Speaker. earlier this week Bill Moyers had an exceptional documentary on the question of immigration and the state of immigration law in this country. I would hope that those of my colleagues who have not had an opportunity to view it thus far will take the opportunity in the not too distant future to see a copy of it. which I will make available to the entire House. In very real terms. that documentary pointed out that we basically have lost control of our borders. That has been the case for some years. It is getting worse. I believe there is. as they described it. anarchy on our borders.
