Even if you buy the argument that the funding provided by the Michel amendment is humanitarian. youre voting to create the Club Med of refugee camps. But if you take a closer look. it becomes clear that Michel is not humanItarian aid by any stretch of the imagination. The $27 million will not be used to meet the needs of civilians displaced by the covert war. but to provide food and equipmentpossibly including C47 cargo planes and other aircraftto the combatants themselves.
