On Monday. there will be a pro forma session. with the House meeting at noon. On Tuesday. we will resume consideration of the supplemental appropriations bill. and probably will continue on Wednesday. We will come in at 10 oclock on Wednesday and Thursday. We hope to conclude consideration of this supplemental appropriations bill on Wednesday at the latest. On Thursday. the House will recess after convening in order that we may hear the Prime Minister of India address a joint meeting of Congress. Then we will take up H.R. 1555. the foreign assistance authorization bill. and H.R. 1452. the refugee assistance authorization.
