This reception and placement officer. as I understand it. would bring the total complement to four permanent officers who would be devoting full time to monitoring and evaluating the performance of voluntary agencies in resettling refugees under this grant. Can the gentleman from Florida. our chairman. advise me whether my understanding is correct?
