Yes. and this is only a halfway ostrich. though. because while they talk about humanitarian assistance for refugees. they are only talking about refugees in Central America. We should have offered an amendment tonight to add the amount of money necessary to take care of the refugees that are going to come to the United States. When you talk to our friends from Florida and Texas and California. people who have already had a few hundred thousand refugees from Cuba and from El Salvador and from Nicaragua. or in my case. I have not only friends from Cuba who live In my district. I also have friends from Poland.
