We found it from some of the population statements. such as. "Dont give up on Nicaragua." I regret to inform my colleagues that was 3 years ago. Since then those who have told us not to give up on Nicaragua have served time in jail. some of them still in Jail. Some of them have shown up in south Florida in Miami as refugees. I would ask the Members of this House to watch the Members from Florida and how they vote on this issue. We have had personal contact with these people who have been disenfranchised and have lost their country.
