Mr. Speaker. is it justice to tear apart the Burr family by deporting Lori. who grew up In the United States. was raised since infancy by American parents. and who has never known anything except the American way of life? Surely. we cannot let bureaucratic redtape stand in the way of justice. Let us see if we can make the wheels of government turn on behalf of those who need its help the most.
