In Sudan. the crisis grows on a daily basis. There are over 3 million Sudanese famine victims throughout the country searching for food and water. In addition. more than 1 million Ethiopian refugees have crossed into the Sudan. fleeing their own ravaged provinces. The refugee camps cannot sustain the numbers flooding to them. and the relief supplies have been routed to more highly visible centers in Ethiopia and elsewhere. It is essential that this aid reach the starving masses in Africa. Malnutrition and starvation threaten to take the lives of millions of men. women. and children in the next year if additional food supplies are not delivered.
