The appearance and key placement of this socalled documentary on primetime viewing hours indicates the Soviet Governments intensification of its campaign to discredit the refusenik community. It vividly portrays the Soviet propaganda tactic equating Soviet Jews who seek to emigrate to Israel with antiSoviet behavior. Hebrew teachers and Jewish cultural activists are equated with spies and criminals. allegedly coerced by outsiders to emigrate. Mr. Speaker.
