Whereas the SimpsonMazzoli Bills will not address the basic causes of undocumented immigration. and Whereas the employer sanctions provisions In the SimpsonMazzoli Bills are racially discriminatory. and their amnesty or legalization provisions are of dubious value to undocumented Immigrants.
