S. 1989 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That in the naturalization of Vladimir Victorovich Yakimetz under chapter 2 of title III of the Immigration and Nationality Act. notwithstanding sections 310(d) of that Act. section 313 of that Act shall not apply and for purposes of section 316 of that Act periods of residence in the United States before the date of the enactment of this Act shall be considered periods of residence after being lawfully admitted for permanent residence.
