So I commend him for the amendment. I would ask my friend from North Carolina in relationship to this amendment. while he does not as I understand the amendment directly go beyond the issue of trade and such activitiesI will ask him the question. Mr. President. if I mayif an official of the Bulgarian Government that we were aware was involved even indirectly in the attempted assassination of the Pope. I would presume that my colleague from North Carolina would join me in objecting to the extension of a visa to such an individual. Would he agree with me on that?
