I urge these individuals to contact a Congressmans office. I believe that a Congressman can direct the people in their particular district who would come under this provision. I think they will tell them. "Go to your organizations and seek advice- from those people who can protect you." I am not trying to say that the Department of Immigration is a group that is going to violate any prerogatives. but I am saying that the Department of Immigration. as it has in the past. will surely keep a record and will surely try to do the socalled job of exporting. sending back to those countries. these individuals who may not qualify.
