I would just like to read the Senate language. the language here. It would be the same section. section (d): Subject to the amounts provided in advance in appropriation acts. the Attorney General shall reimburse a State and a local Jurisdiction in a State for 100 per centum of the costs incurred by such State or jurisdiction for the detention or imprisonment of any illegal alien convicted of a felony. Does that language meet with the gentlemans approval?
