Mr. Leader. I wish to commend you on your statement. I am uncertain how I will vote on this amendment. On the one hand. I applaud the gentlemans efforts on behalf of undocumented workers throughout this Chamber. I applaud the gentlemans efforts on behalf of Hispanic amendments in the gentlemans career. I have several concerns about the provision that I think has been illustrated by the questions relating to the amendment of the gentleman from Florida and the amendment of the gentleman from California [Mr. LUNGRENI. I think of particular concern to many Hispanic Americans and many in this country is the provision relating to the English language.
