Mr. Speaker. the A. Philip Randolph Institute. in voicing their support for the poll conducted by the U.S. Committee for Refugees. expresses the sentiment of black leaders across the country as we attempt to educate the black community about the plight of refugees. Education is the only tool that will aid in the process of remedying the publics lack of knowledge about immigrants and refugees. These comments reflect the need for all groups to work toward a better understanding of others problems.
