I have no problem with beefing up the Fair Labor Standards Act. but that does not deal with the problem. That does not deal with the incentive argument. The incentive argument is we must find a way to remove the incentive for people to want to come here. That is why you have to deal with three parts of the puzzle: You have to deal with revitalizing Central America. you have to deal with beefing up the Border Patrol. and you also have to deal with the issue of why the undocumented votes come here in the first place. because they can get a job here. That is why employer sanctions are so important.
