One is the question of protections against discrimination. We have two or three sections that we believe deal with it. however. some think we ought to do more. Mr. FRANK will present that. I have some question about that approach. but at least that deals with that separately. The other thing the gentleman does. I think in some ways. is to strengthen the employer sanctions provisions with respect to hiring illegal aliens. I think we need to do that. I will be offering an amendment after this one that tries to make the application acrosstheboard instead of limited. as I believe it is. under the bill.
