Chairman. if I might. there are 12 amendments at the desk. I do not know how many are drifting around here in peoples pockets. A couple of them are controversial. We spent 2 hours on a noncontroversial first amendment. I take It the Members would like to get out since it does not look like we have a session tomorrow. since we got consent to file the rule on the immigration bill. I would urge the Members on the noncontroversial ones to revise and extend so we can get out. On the controversial matters. of course. the Members want to be heard.
