Session #98 · 1983–85

Speech #980198336

Mr. Speaker. today I would like to share with my colleagues in the Congress of the United States a story that is typically American. It is the familiar one of a young immigrant who comes to this country and achieves success. I have known and respected this remarkable individual for many years. I have benefited from his wisdom. his experience. and his guidance. I know of his love for this country. which he adopted as his own in 1919. and of his deep gratitude for the opportunities it afforded him and his family. Mr. Speaker. America can be proud of Frank A.
