Second. it is not very far away. It is 2 days car ride from the Texas border to El Salvador. It is less than that to southern Mexico. Already I think it is fair to say that the second largest city of El Salvadorarns after the capital of San Salvador is Los Angeles. Calif.. and we are faced with a constant flow from El Salvador. from Guatemala. from Honduras and from Mexico which will increase dramatically. as I said. I think 16 million is a reasonable estimate of the number of refugees if all the countries in Central America end up as Communist dictatorships.
