Mr. President. that I was later advised by staff from Immigration and Naturalization Service that before Mr. ORourke was deported. there would be an awaiting of the completion of legal proceedings. and ultimately a stay was entered by the Federal court. giving Mr. ORourke an opportunity to proceed with the matter through the appellate litigation channels.
