For example. at the end of the last session. we were claiming that the Speaker was using what I had called an arrogant abuse of power in not allowing the immigration reform bill to come to the floor of the House. But really what we are saying now is. now that we have reactivated. so to speak. Calendar Wednesday. each of the committee chairmen is also a part of blocking this kind of legislation.
