That may be a good project or it may be a bad project. but it certainly does not deal with the deficit to add money to that program. We have refused on every day. every day that this House has been in session. to bring to the floor under unanimousconsent request either the balanced budget constitutional amendment or the lineitem veto amendment. And. of course. we have made no progress on the other issues we have discussedschool prayer. immigration. the other issues of major concern. Now. keep in mind that these are the issues we were told over the months of December and January by our constituents that we should be acting on. We have not acted on them yet.
