Speaker. what you are doing. sir. is you are bringing things like leprosy. that once dreaded Biblical disease now 2.000 percent increase in the cases of lebrosy in this country. you are allowing illiteracy and unemployment and health and economic problems to come into this country. And I submit to you. sir. you are not hurting President Reagan. and you are not hurting the Republican Party. but you are hurting this great Nation and all of her citizens whom you profess to respect and love so much. I urge you to not arrogantly abuse but to use that power of scheduling which you have and bring the immigration bill before the House of Representatives.
