Janna Grauer. who lives in the Ukraine in the Soviet Union. Janna was not able to have her bat mitzvah ceremony. Janna is not free or safe to worship God. She is the daughter of a refusenik. who requested an exit visa from Soviet authorities to allow him to leave the Soviet Union with his family to resettle in Israel or another free country but his petition was denied.
