I wish to make an announcement. I have been approached by Members who are urgently interested in doing the war risk conference report tonightthat is. the conference report on H.R. 5930. the aviation insurance bill. I have indicated that I would be willing to call up that privileged matter sometime around 6 or 6:30 p.m.. after other amendments that the managers of the immigration bill think are available and appropriate until that time. So the Senate should be on notice that sometime this evening. we will perhaps proceed to the consideration of that conference report. I believe there is a 90minute limitation on the conference report.
