We say. "Look. you say 155.000. All right. we will just take that group out and follow historic precedent and we will leave 270.000 for all the others." But at least we know that that is going to be the level for the future. Even within those categories. there will be some delay in family reunification. It is not the contention of the Senator from Massachusetts just to eliminate 155.000 and say that is Just going to be an open figure for whoever wants to come in here. What we are saying though is with regard to the families. the immediate relatives. they should not be included.
