Second. section 105 mandates nondeferred payment of U.S. assessed contributions to the Organization of American States. the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). and the InterAmerican Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA). The corresponding Senate provision earmarked certain funds for payment of assessed contributions and did not apply to contributions to PAHO or IICA. and the House did not have a provision on this issue. Third. section 107 earmarks funds for assistance for the resettlement in Israel of refugees from the Soviet Union. Eastern Europe. and other countries. Both the House and Senate provisions on assistance for refugees resettling in Israel were limited to refugees from the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Fourth. section 111 authorizes funds for both fiscal year 1982 and fiscal year 1983 for the Asia Foundation. The corresponding Senate provision did not include authorization for fiscal year 1983. and the House had no provision on this issue.
