International Chemical Workers. and Bakery. Confectionery. and Tobacco Workers International. Joining labor and the administration in opposing these provisions are public interest groups representing a wide range of concerns including: March of Dimes. American Public Health Association. National Wildlife Federation. Friends of the Earth. National Audubon Society. Migrant Legal Action. Consumer Federation of America. and the National Coalition Against the Misuse of Pesticides. These all support the continuation of the present law that we have. which is to allow the States to tailor their own pesticide regulations to their own needs.
