And surely nothing is more contrary to the intent and spirit of the Founding Fathers and our Nations founding principles than this peculiar perversion of the law. this everincreasing abuse of the American people and their rights. We in Cengress have a duty to end this abuse. We must expose and denounce this terrible fraud. and establish once and for all that immigrants have no sort of legitimate claim to money rightfully earned by American citizens. Until we are ready to take this stand. however. no other solution to the immigration problemwhether it be greater INS appropriations. a beefedup border guard. a national identification card. or barbed wire borderswill be successful.*
