Just to respond to what the gentleman from New Jersey said. I also happen to be on the Judiciary Committee. I think we should spend more on the FBI and DEA. I think we should spend more for border patrol. But the fact is if we are going to get a balanced budget we are all going to have to sacrifice. After we get a balanced budget and get the economy moving in the right direction. we will then have. gotten over the first hurdle. and we can do our work in a businesslike fashion instead of trying to fund everything by deficit.
