Mr. Speaker. almost immediately 130.000 people in this country who are Indochinese refugees and CubanHaitian entrants are going to be cut off from any cash and medical support. It is an emergency of the most dire situation. These 130.000 people have no other program to go to. They are not eligible for twoparent AFDC because they are in States that do not have twoparent AFDC. They are not eligible for general assistance. because they are in States that do not have general assistance. We are going to see in the next month 130.000 people. who are people like Mung tribesmen and Ming tribesmen. who fought with us in Cambodia and Laos. who have been here for over 18 months. but not 36 months. and have all their support cut off.
