Let us condemn the Soviet Union for their continued violations of their citizens basic human rights. I urge my distinguished colleagues in the strongest terms to support House Joint Resolution 373 and to continue to voice at every possible opportunity the sense of this Congress that the Soviets should respect the rights of its citizens to emigrate and to practice their religions.
