Mr. President. Krome North is the primary facility used by the Immigration and Naturalization Service to detain and process aliens who have illegally entered Florida. The conditions at this facility are pitiful. It was designed to hold 525 people based on a space allotment of 50 square feet per person. but currently it is holding 1.024 people.
