Mr. Speaker. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding contributions of one of my constituents. Mr. Johann Zabka. to Tuscarawas County. Ohio. Mr. Zabka. who emigrated from Eastern Europe. settled in my congressional district many years ago and has since been an active civic and community leader. Although it would be impossible to adequately laud all of Mr. Zabkas achievements. I would like to mention some of the particularly special ones. During this Nations Bicentennial celebration. his "Epic Poem of Tuscarawas County. Ohio" was published and received national recognition and has since been inducted into the American Poets Hall of Fame.
