I am just suggesting that I question whether or not it deserves a special commission for that purpose. On TVA. the General Accounting Office has recommended that by correcting audit procedures. we can save $900.000 in fiscal year 1982. Then we have the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council. This Council proposes to expend some $900.000 for fiscal year 1982. I am not suggesting that it is inappropriate to have a memorial for this purpose. We also have refugees and victims of genocide in Cambodia and in other portions of Southeast Asia. Are we to erect a memorial in Washington. D.C.. for all of them?
