Enders and some of the comments from the voluntary agencies and State and local government representatives. Again. Mr. President. I commend the leadership of my colleague from Wyoming. especially for his effort to reach out to all interested and knowledgeable persons. in an effort to develop a consensus on the crucial asylum and refugee problems our country faces today.
